It is the combination of customer and supplier and the opportunities this presents to both enhance our understanding of customers and to procure the products and services that they demand which truly leverages value.The success of BT's Supplier Diversity Initiative depends entirely on the commitment, passion, expertise and belief of many parties. We must use this passion to understand how we can all work together building win-win relationships which bridge the often invisible barriers created by large organisations whose procurement practices, unless developed, will remain inaccessible to the majority of emerging businesses.
